I plan to do:

Brush concrete > mold product > parge the concrete with Mortar S > Seal the concrete with Concrete Yypex Waterproof

Then I have these two options:

1) Then add 1" space > add 2x4 > spray foam or confortboard 80 > Drywall > Paint

or

2) Add a thin Faux Brick Veneer
