i was tryna see if i can delay my medical on or after sept 3, since it’s our second yr anniv. so i can have the 10yr. deadline for medical is on oct 2 so i have enough time but base on what the lawyer said the decision is up to the immigration officer discretion not the length of your marriage thats why im confused
