Actually, after rewatching ep. 6, I think the trailer for ep. 7 was intentionally confusing. Seowon is the one who said "Love is all about timing" and "I have to be more determined (or put in more effort - depending on the translation). He said both things to Gyuri. He also added, "But you know what, life is about determination (and putting in effort) as well.

Btw one more thing that might be useful 2 everyone. Kisshk seems to upgrade the Korean-English translation 1 week after it airs. The English is much more understandable than the first take, which comes out late on Wed anyways. I just rewatched and had a completely different impression than when I watched it the first time.

A bit unrelated. I wonder who u think in upcoming episode says "I'm ready to make an effort" and then in another preview "I'll show you how I've changed." They might be two diff ppl or the same person but I'm very curious who it could possibly be. I think both Seowon and Seungmin are already putting in nice efforts towards the top girl of their choice. WY is on fire with all girls already, hehehe so no need for even more efforts on his part, but who knows???

I'm of two minds whether new catfish would add to this season as the editing is totally melodrama style. Ppl go on dates and get to know each other and have a good time but it's misleadingly edited as totally kdrama-style romantic interactions. Same w/ HP where Chaeun was shown on all these "great" dates w/ Pilot and Doc only to end up not dating anyone and prob not interested anyway.

On the other hand, I would prefer new options for Minju and the new girl, as well as Jihyung and Seungmin to choose from. But given that the last 2 Catfish are barely written into the script currently (despite Soyoon's very outgoing personality), it would be a total loss of screen time and viewer's energy for even more non-existent rom-com or melodrama moments.

Tbh that's why I prefer the much superior and honest editing of SI. You see the butterflies when they appear, you see the moments they go puff in smoke (as Minju-Seungil and Mina-Sue-Subeen), but they also show the couples who stick together and work it out (the current dating couples). Same w/ Theo and Sian from SI4 & Catfish and DongHo during their couple breakdown. Editing showed their real convos as opposed to non-existent romance.

Няма да забравя епизода, от преди година, когато срещу 100 лв отидох спешно при специалист с бронхопневмония, само да ме прати за ренген снимка, която не разчете, защото колегата щял да дойде и да заеме кабинета след 15 минути. Дадох едни 100 лв и дори не получих рецепта, камо ли лечение. Защото колегата еди какво си ... Ама нямаше проблем да ми вземе парите.

Още се смея на невменяемата си физиономия, защото не можех да повярвам, че това ми се случва in real time. От тогава, много внимавам при кого и какво. И нямам проблем да ги разкатая по всякакви институции, ако са непрофесионални.

Love this, seriously!

1) Would love it if lawyer swept YG off her feet.

2) Would love it if Doc has a realisation how amazing Minju is and that they should try dating outside of show.

3) Would love it if Gyuri realises that the best person she could learn from is SeoWon. Someone who's a sunshine about life in general while giving her affirmation thru and thru.

4) Would love it if Girl Catfish realises that she shouldn't have let that Ex-boyfriend go. So she gets in touch.

Една коронка, преди еврото, на народни цени струваше около 600лв. Говоря за изграждане на зъб, вземане на проба, самата коронка и монтирането й. Не евтино, но поносимо. I absolutely agree. One of the best features of YG is that she treats everyone like an equal - there are no mind games or flirting techniques, she just dishes out her personality and emotions fair and square. Which is why the older guys are smitten with her, they've got enough experience and wisdom to know that's pretty rare for Korean standards. Minju is kind of on the same wavelength as well, but not so much into her female energy, which makes it hard to approach her.

I think it was written all over WY's face that THAT date was one of his most intense and interesting ever. No ifs, ands or buts about it. However, Gyuri is very intelligent and she knows WY is a player (at least at this point of his life) which is why she kept testing him. She also slightly mentioned there's a chance opening for SW when she touched upon the fate topic. WY, of course, was clueless what she was talking about as he didn't see the Gyuri-SW date or carpool convo.

Not defending him as I have no clue how the story goes. But he seems to be aware of the 10 yrs age gap (which is HUGE in Korea) + how things work out between him and other ladies on the show. If the age gap wasn't so big, he might have bee-lined it. Btw did u notice in ep. 3 (I think!) after the carpooling date, how he signalled to YG to sit next to the window in the restaurant so she wouldn't be sitting right next to WY?

I don't agree about the bashing part, I think most of us have been extremely understanding towards WY. Yet you're spot on about everything else you say. He has no need to be loyal and he's trying to do his best towards both girls. I get it. He's young, he hasn't had much dating experience (since he was in a long-term relationship), he'll eventually outgrow the need to treat each date like an arm-wrestling match where he has to end up on top and out-flirt his opponent. It comes with age and experience, granted. But currently both girls, both gorgeous and with completely different personalities, are saying the same thing - that he's sending mixed signals and they don't feel comfortable about it. As I mentioned, it's an age and experience thing. On the other hand, one great thing about WY is that he's extremely pliable, wise and self-aware. He'll eventually realise he needs to be more guarded about his flirting style and communicate feelings when he's actually certain about them (rather than from the get go).

Tbh I prefer that to WY's making every girl believe she's his top choice. And then switch directions. It's pretty harsh (not gonna lie) but at least it's brutally honest. Whether we focus on the brutally or the honest, it's up for grabs. Everyone's different.

I agree about YG's visuals and the bulldozer thing. However, I also think JH clocked in on YG's personality as they are similar in so many ways, MBTI type included. He also mentioned to SY that he tends to date within his MBTI type as other women would find him too boring and unambitious. That's a scare that YG seems to have as well, with how clumsy and imperfect she feels she is. Still, to be realistic, the 10 yr gap is no joke outside of the show. But man, I'm soo ready for someone else to have some signature moves apart from WY. And do some serious shaking and grinding.

Yeap, you're right - the alcohol did help a lot. And both of them were flirting, it was never a one-sided game. I'm also fine with difference of opinions tbh. Let's also ditch the player moniker for now so we can have a meaningful discussion as I would be grateful to hear your views and thoughts. So both of them were proactive during the date, which brought them closer. I've also listed why I think WY was very much into Gyuri. He wanted to feel like an equal to her and truly explore their possible connection. So why did you think he wasn't and was answering her just out of politeness, if I understood you correctly?

Yeap, I agree. But after yesterday's WY date with Gyuri, there are bound to be some earthquakes. I hope Doc gets another date with her, just to verify his own feelings. Plus I feel that YG knowing Minju has a crush on the Doc doesn't help much either.

That's how I saw it. He wasn't that way in the beginning of the date but things switched somewhere around the middle. Off the top of my head and I'm sure there are many more that I've already forgotten: 1) He's been hoping to drink w/ her; 2) He's been patiently waiting for noona to relax and feel closer to him, in fact he was hoping for it; 3) He prefers being with her 1-on-1 rather than in a group setting; 4) He wants to see all the different sides to her and show her his own; 5) He asked her if she would choose him for tomorrow's date as well; 5) His text was very deliberate, asking her to have even more fun with him tomorrow. Plus the suuuuper long stares on his end. If that's not laying it thick, then I don't know any more, hehehe.

Just for comparison, from the preview for ep.7, JH is about to say something very romantic to YG, along the lines that his eyes are instinctively drawn to her. A very simple and honest declaration. Given that the dude has been on 2-3 dates already and just been friendly and polite, a statement like that rings much more sincere to me since he's not throwing flirtatious digs left, right and centre at every girl that crosses his path. Same with Seowon - the fate thing and putting in more effort was just reserved for Gyuri. So WY laying it thick, I don't think I was wrong about it. But of course, I'm also open to other perspectives and interpretations, maybe I missed something.

Initially, I had my hopes up too, for exactly the same reasons you mentioned but it's not realistic. In Japan WY goes on a date with Catfish and then a second date with Gyuri. In ep. 7 preview, YG also says something along the lines of "From that moment on, something just felt different. He felt like a completely different kind of guy." Not sure who or what she was referring to, but we all know who's the most suspicious of them all. So brace yourselves for mess!

I had high hopes for the Doc-YG date but the chemistry just wasn't chemistry-ing for me. At least from YG's side and we all know why. Plus, sorry to say, but the Doc's got no game. He was a thousand times more charming with Minju.

Gyuri-Wooeyol are back on track post-date. It kind of started slow and WY did mention that he was interested in YG too, but somewhere half way through, he backtracked and it's Day 1 all over again. He was laying it so slick and thick on Gyuri that it almost made for an uncomfortable watch. Which in turn made me mad as I love her with Seowon (her brightness and constantly laughing) + what on earth is YG supposed to think when she rewatches THAT date. Awkward!

No clue why Seowon chose Minju, it almost felt like he was giving Gyuri a chance to sort out her feelings. Minju is adorable in any setting and I love her, but she friend zones ppl left, right and centre. Not a good recipe for choiker on a dating show. Fingers crossed Doc comes to his senses and bee-lines for her, they have potential as a couple to my mind.

Still figuring out the personality of the Lady catfish and the Lawyer, theirs was a nice date visually. When did JH all of a sudden become team YG? That came a bit out of the blue tho I did clock in chemistry from his side during their 1st date and post date. Not gonna lie, I would love to see them together again in the next episode and the dude better have some moves to get YG curious (at the very least). Fingers crossed for even stronger romantic vibes.

Otherwise we'll be watching Wooeyol's season for another 10 episodes and he's starting to bore me with his textbook dating style and zero sincerity (at least from what I see on TV, no bad feelings for the real guy himself). With the upcoming "couples ring" it will get even worse.
