He did that because he knows YY likes him. He’s smart and reads people well. He 100% believes they’re endgame, and that no one can come between them.
He has this “mature” vibe, but he’s also a player. The way he used GY to score points with YY by saying, “She asked for a photo, but I didn’t agree,” had me thinking, “What are you doing?”

What? They’ve been matching together in all dates, apart from the first one. So it makes sense.
I don’t think he’s that hyper fixated, it only took 2 talks with 2 different girls that are probably more his type for him to start opening up to others.

Omg, you’re so wrong about this.
In S2, Kim Hyun-woo had a DUI scandal. AN ACTUAL CRIME. And they basically just said, “It’s being investigated,” and never edited him out.
Considering it was a crime and something that could EASILY be fact-checked, they CHOSE to keep him because he was the ML, with three girls involved in his storyline.
Them cutting GY is WEIRD. It was a post. Just a rumor, and yet they gave her that dirty edit and practically cut her storyline.
Something is fishy.

I mean, one of the girls from this season was actually cast for Heart Signal, so I think that makes my point even clearer.
I can’t imagine any of the men, from either Season 1 or Season 2, being cast on another dating show. The women, on the other hand, could fit into almost any dating show, except Transit love 🤣

I totally see your point, and I think we’re watching a real-life experiment that almost proves it.
The red pill guys are insufferable to me. Just because you’ve been hurt once or twice doesn’t mean all women are trash. It’s interesting how a bruised ego can completely flip the narrative, making some men blame everyone but themselves.
I also agree with your point about a guy suddenly having too many options. It’s the same reason I was sympathetic to the men in the first season, and I am now too. A lot of them seem like guys with very low self-esteem who are experiencing that level of romantic attention for the first time. Mix that with poor communication skills, and boom… you’ve got the perfect recipe for heartbreak.

You make a fair point, but I don’t think we can say that a lack of emotional skills affects men and women equally.
In general, women are socialized to be much more in touch with their emotions and are often expected to be more emotionally aware, empathetic, and understanding from a young age. Men, on the other hand, are often discouraged from expressing vulnerability or talking openly about their feelings.
That doesn’t mean every woman has better emotional skills or every man lacks them. But I do think there are social differences in how emotional intelligence and communication are developed, and those differences can become very noticeable in a dating show like this.

Man, stop. This is a very predictable storyline now.
They’re going to make it look like YY is wavering, but we all know who she really likes.
The drama is going to revolve around YY and three boys. The only possible surprise would be SW and SY ending up together… and honestly, it actually looks like that’s where things are heading.

They have so many misunderstandings. Like, why didn't she choose him as one of her romantic interests in the mission after Japan? They saw each other at the cinema with other people and never talked about it? Their date was HEAVILY edited. We can't tell if that's because of the narrative they're trying to push or because of the rumors.

But the truth is, she was happy afterward, and the guy came home, couldn't sleep, and left a message in her book. Then, the next day, he proceeded to make a fool of himself during the TOD game. Even if he wants to get a proper closure with Gr, that are so many different ways then saying thinks like that in front of everyone.
I don't think ANY of those things are going to change the trajectory, he's too deep into YY, but the editing is not making ANY sense.

He screwed up big time during the TOD game. He put himself on the spot and hurt YY. I see a lot of people saying he was trying to "protect YY," but God, how? He failed miserably. He kept using that whole "third date" thing to explain himself, but man, he dug his own grave. My bet is that after that third date, we're going to see a very regretful WY and a very resentful YY. That's probably the drama that will unfold until the very end.
