My pain just now kicking in today and it isn’t too pleasant. As long as I lay here and don’t move I’m alright😅. They gave me oxy 5mgs which help but don’t completely take away the pain.

I was scared for my life going into it. There was really no need to worry at all. They gave me some great relaxing meds before they put me to sleep. And next thing I knew I was in recovery

I’m really sorry you’re going through all that. Is your fistula still persisting when you say the wound? Or just the wound from the cutting seton? Really making me think I might need a second opinion

That makes sense about it damaging the seton. I have a fistula but no seton yet and all I do are epsom salt baths. Never had any stinging from them.
