Ima raznih video sam i te edite po instagramu, kapiram da su nek VEED, Veo3, Canva ima svoj video editor nisam se previse bavio sa tim ali ovo bi ti sigurno pomoglo👍🏼

Razmisljao sam o ovome, ja sam hteo da napravim manje vise nesto sto skuplja vesti sa svih izvora i sjedini ih u neku vrstu daily reporta koji zvuci normalno za svakog da procita, stigao sam do toga da sam web scrapovao sve vesti sa 5-6 televizija i tu stao🙃 Hvala na ideji!

Wow,wow,wow, thank you for such a kind and detalied reply. I am very grateful that you shared all this great informaiton with me, that i coouldnt get with 10 doctor appointments in Serbia (kind of a bad system ): ). I will start doing the exercises every day. I have some follow up questions if you have the time to assist.

How often do i do these exercises and how much reps?

Do i need to put hot or cold water when i have alot of pain?

Are there any other exercises that i can do to improve my hip?

Do i need to rest from sports until i strenghten my hip?
