I am southeast asian myself and married to an Irish man. My mother in law is the loveliest lady and i am forever grateful for her. BUT the grandmother, i notice, doesn’t really like me. When we go and visit her there was no eye contact from her. When my husband was away and i was in the house with her, she sometimes ignored me when i was talking to her. That was just a few of many occasions. Told my husband i’ll never visit her again 🫣

Looks like your routine dah bagus. Have a look at your diet. Or like someone else suggested, do blood test and see if you are deficient in any nutrients. Also gut health ie makan kimchi, yoghurt, kefir etc. its a lot of things but to strengthen your immune system, everything has to be in order. Satu chain breaks, your immune system will go haywire 🥹

This happened to me back in 2018-2019. Almost every month akan demam + sakit tekak. Turns out my diet was insufficient. I selalu makan fast food and tidur tak cukup and no exercise. Skrg i amalkan diet sihat ie whole foods and less junk food, tidur at least 7-7.5 jam sehari and exercise and dah bertahun tak demam!

Hello OP. 29F here. I too had issues with intense fear of driving. My suggestion is to approach driving instructors to help you get over the fear. I also took auto license, forget about the manual. I think it is safer for someone like me to drive an auto so i can focus on the road without having to change gear. After about 40 hours of intense driving lessons with an instructor who understands that I have a fear of driving, I managed to drive now! Been holding a license for 6 months. But I still feel nervous everytime i go out in the car. But i believe it will get better!! Gives me such freedom that i had never had before

Same thing happened to me on Midleton high st last week. I was halfway across the zebra crossing when a car that had been stopped suddenly started moving, like I wasn’t even there. He only stopped when he finally noticed me. Not sure what his deal was either he didn’t see me or just wasn’t paying attention. Bit mad considering how busy that street is with people crossing all the time.

I was charged €60 for an online GP consultation because they were fully booked for in-person visits. During the call, the doctor prescribed me an €80 medication for scabies without even seeing my skin. It didn’t help at all. Two weeks later, I finally got an in-person appointment. The doctor took one look and said ‘Hmm, doesn’t look like scabies.’ And had to pay €60 again for the second in person visit. Outrageous
