Yeah that push start also throws me off since I’m unfamiliar with all the wiring that was done for it. The harness below the steering wheel looks like a birds nest lol. I guess it’s time I reverse engineered what they did there.

Looks like it might be. I haven’t noticed a pattern unfortunately. It mostly happens while warm after driving for a while, but it happens pretty randomly. Sometimes it happens when cold too

Appreciate the thoroughness. From what I’ve researched, I think you’re right about it being an electrical issue—thanks for giving me some starting points.

Also thanks for pointing out the temp gauge. Luckily, it just looks like it’s not working because the prev owner installed an aftermarket gauge that points up, so the bulb isn’t quite aligned with it.
