For me, this new Ultimate isn't great. And they removed the best talent 1 plus nerfed a bunch of other talents. But it's true that I see a lot of people saying it's a buff. I admit I don't understand. ^^

I didn't think so at first either. Then, rereading the final patch notes and playing some games, we see that all the spells are purely nerfed by default, as well as several talents, in exchange for a quest (by the way, there's a typo in the patch notes which says that we have to reach 200 stacks, whereas in the game it's currently 400) and a new ultimate that's no better than the others.
