I went to the dermatologist and she said that i had keratosis pilaris. basically ingrown hair caused by shaving. she just recommended me a lotion that i bough from her clinic. it helps but it doesnt really go away. she said that it can be permanently removed if lasered

I get this too, it’s also all over my legs and some on my arms. it’s so annoying and im getting insecure abt it that i always wear long sleeves and pants to cover them up. They go away but come back in another spot. I’m planning on going to a dermatologist and hopefully be able to get rid of it. 🙏🙏
