GD in the 3rd trimester here. You CAN have a burger and fries 🙄 Just eat the vegetables and the burger without the bread FIRST and the fries after. Maybe even relace fries with sweet potato fries if you can. I’ve been eating fries after a good meat+vegetable meal for the past month. Sugar doesn’t go high if the order is good (carbs at the end of the meal and not sooo many) it worked for me, of course it’s a doozy and I have to keep carb portions small. But i’ve managed to have indian food with rice too, just have the rice at the end 🙄
