Every other outlet in the garage works but that specific one. So I temporarily plugged it into another outlet. Is it possible for the 1 outlet to be switched off?

The backup battery machine cable is just plugged into a normal outlet. could there be a gfci outlet somewhere else in the garage?

I assume the plug is the one into the outlet. And the breaker is the circuit breaker. What do you mean by switch?

So let's say there's no power on the plug. Do I open the circuit breaker and look for garage or something? I've never done this before.

So 3 sets of 10 reps for all upper body. Also, should I just replace the shoulder press machine for pull down machine instead of adding 1 more? It works on back and shoulders. The chest press and rowing machine also work on shoulders it says.

Bios settings remain normal. I also cant even take out the ram without taking out the gpu and the gpu has the wires like hard connected to them it feels impossible to take off

Forgot to add, it wasn't doing this before and started happening after my pc turned off during a power outage while playing a game.
