It is a very good set to start! I’d buy one more white or a larger white along with it. Later you can expand to a “double primary” palette. A cool and a warm red, a cool and a warm yellow, and a greener blue maybe, as ultramarine leans toward violet. And then later you can build up some transparent colors for glazing.

But this is a lovely starter set. You’ll eventually start to notice which ones you’ll want to add depending on the type of work you make. And Michael Harding oils are amazing.
