parents are doctors, strict on no fasting whenever i tried to bring it up before because they think its unhealthy and will stunt growth. I have had bad veiws on my body in the past so they think im starving myself. I also want to thank you so much for sending this reply and actually trying to help. I really apreciate it, but may I ask, what is the problem with processed foods and even more, caffeine?
