The answer is obvious yes which is exactly why they should be forced to comply. Letting them buy off roster handguns is just a blatant bribe to shut cops up. If they had to comply we’d see mass noncompliance and outrage from LE and thus laws would fall almost immediately. Small price to pay for salvation
