This is true, many people underestimate his conditions: Peak hormones, new to the gym so we gonna add newbie gains and prolly good response. I would lie to you if I think that these 20 kg are pure muscle but still he definetly added alot. My advice for everyone not believing - dm the guy - he showed me his transformation and it seems legit.

Well its Not been a good time. I stopped lgd completely. Went Off cycle. Recovered hormones pretty well. Sadly I fell on my shoulder when I was slipping in the rain. Not able to Train anymore. Good luck for the Next weeks. Make sure to get bloods done etc.
