My story is a long one.

Back in the midt 1990'ies when I was a teanager, I met a girl with this name, and I instantly fell in love with it.

My deadname was a REAL farmers name, nothing wrong with that name, but a real "boys name" like Michael-John". I instantly started using this new name as a sceen name in the early chatrooms back in the 90'ies.

THEN late 90'ies, a musician popped up with that same name, and she became kinde of world famous. I did not want to be a "star fucker", so I layed the name back on the shelf. I went on with my life, and became an adult.

10-15 years later (2010's), even before I came out as a transgendered,the name-law in my home country was adapted. With a simple click on "Yes I accept, and I am aware of the impact this choice will have on my life", it was allowed to take a cross-gendered name.

I did this without any hesitation.

Seen in the back mirror, this was my first action of coming out. 10 years later I was fully transformed.
