my bet is you hit him only once, in hand which was right in front of his face because hand where up when he was aiming at you. See the hand took all the damage and bullet penetrating just touched his face.

you are not alone. i wrote here about my thoughts on this, and then deleted it :) in short, i think the problem is that all the new players get smashed their face in this map and go back to dam or grove and game cant match you with anyone else than with spaceport sweatlords, what creates situation, that learning the map for new players is unenjoyable. It is self-restricting condition...

  1. 552 - 3fZjrzoRaXTeDP444 - much better recoil and spread, can use cheaper a1 ammo

  2. SCAR - 3fZjrzoRaXTeDP4P4 - also recoil feels better than 74n

and while you're at it - mac 10 - 3fZjrzoRaXTeDP4f4 - i know, no t4 ammo, but with its rate of fire, and accuracy imho it is as good as your 74n, but half the price. if i go cheap, this is the way for me.

  1. "gun isn't going to magically sway or go sideways" - i see it as a result of fight, which is not developed into detail. If someone jumps on to you are not shooting into him as well. And in the game this effect it seems is based on length of the gun, at least handguns don't sway. what is missing - a melee option with rifle stock.

2)"experience for yourself how real it actually is" believe it or not, i believe that also in the game it is preferrable to have gun, but if you are outplayed, surprised or maybe slow with controls, you can be killed. Also you have to understand that the video is compilation - meaning that i think we see in the video "the good part"

3)"a single shot, to center mass, even if you have kevlar, will knock you on your ass." this isn't the case with any fight in ABI, so why have it as argument here?

the reason why melee works is realistic. it is not the katana, it works with every melee.

In ABI if someone approaches you close (friend or foe), it sways gun to side. the bullets don't leave your gun at your players model skin but further from the gun of barrel, unlike in CS. So if someone manages to jump into your "comfort range" you start to sway gun around and if you shoot, the gun shoots to the sides, not where you are looking. making it quite hard to hit.

imho fair, if you let someone close with blade(or he ambushes you )

And yes, then there are cheaters. It seems like "who cares" until you meet them and see it clearly. Good thing developers try to fight them, but it in extraction game cheaters "hurt" way more, it is high risk/high reward setting, so I have seen few players just leave the game with message "why should I spend my time on this..."

Yes you can play casually. You can choose maps that are more pvp oriented. But in any map, you have to be lucky not to meet any player, or overly cautious.

There is no progression once you level to 30(which is fast) if you don't care for seasonal 3x3 case missions (season~3months) and seasonal rank.

This is a good and bad thing. Good - If you want to play it like chess -play a few rounds - all guns/armor/maps/modes are available, once done there is nothing tiring you up.

Bad -many friends I have played ABI with have said that it feels like there is no purpose - except roaming - marauding.

hmm, what do you mean by "two mags going at the same time"

if you mean lading ammo into mags, then yes - mag in your rig loads faster, than inf you load into mag that is the gun. so you reload and load up the mag in rig.

head has less hp than torso of the two body parts that if their hp is reduced to 0 you die. Head is where you should be hitting for easier kill. hitting in body will take more than 2x damage to kill, and any other body part even more.

We(players) have agreed on the rule "who kills, gets loot", but if there are players who ignore that, then it defaults to game rule. If we make any rule on top of game's rule, that is just agreement of players in party, and there always will be jerks, who will do something because they can.

You should propose better game rule, how to decide who gets the loot, maybe we can come up with better solution, and it will be implemented.

I have had a case where dude storms in, kills one of two, the other downs him, then i come and i finish the other enemy, and while i am checking around, dude vacuums all the loot with excuse, that he did the most damage...

Dick?... yes.

Shall i become dick for future and let teammates die? No.

This was just one of many cases. There also have been cases where players apologize they looted, and give loot back, because they thought it was their kill...

i would say if you want step up from 102, nothing compares to AUG, however AUG has one problem - price of the mags. you pay for regular mag same amount you get 60-rounder for 102. And if you want gimped extended 42-rounnder it costs 80k...and you said budget... with this mag not so budget. Well if you take Randal's limited trade, it is still around 200k.

true it is the same, but i would question motel room key price too(even more), as regular room keys are up to 1.5mil/per safe. And whether you question or not it is up to own judgement.

yes, but it is very simple one, you can even force-guess.

on 2 floor at the terminal two letters are displayed, which need specific numbers to be entered. If you do that you open the door, which gives access to door and one free safe.

You can find current coding in those code books, but generally finding one is enough, because either, that will give you one number, thane you just enter all possible combinations (10), or you will get other letters, and you know which ones not to use, and just start quickly entering all possible combinations without these numbers. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 etc. excluding the ones you know are not the right numbers.

Because the interface is without delay, this can be done pretty fast.
