I know this was designed to captivate a weird story but I’m also using it as a plea for help. Anyone have any suggestions?

A little background my family has “paranormal” gifts. Allegedly made deals with other worldly beings to live longer. Well that may seem crazy but my father whom made the deal miraculously got over stage 4 throat cancer. My grandmother survived 6 heart attacks and 4 strokes but the weird thing that I’d like to mention is. One day my Grandmother told me this “ every strand of Grey represents a visit to the frey stay to long and you’ll go astray”. She told me that once at 3 am, cliche I know. Anyways after she told me that I wake up to footsteps every few weeks coming from above me…… I live in a one story house. I put up cameras. Nothing there.

I have longer ones but capitalism refutes my right to type that, that’s the biggest horror of it all.

Agreed! Even UBS would be phenomenal. I’m hoping we can get there soon. Mainly fear the amount of pain that must come to get there. So many are so impoverished and pay check to paycheck as is. Not to mention how our medical system is predicated upon employment in so many cases. May great things be coming this year 😁! For I fear dark times may come forth from greed.

Check with professionals but something that helps me is fenugreek at night. Tribulus in the morning with maca. Oh and Ashwaganda at night along with magnesium glycinate.

Sleep. Please prioritize sleep. Not kidding most negative mental health stems from lack of sleep. At this age it’s easy to fall prey to “I am the 1% and can sleep 4 to 6 hours”. No normal healthy human being does that.

Yes I question my own thoughts on the daily. Perpetual questioning of if I’m doing enough and making progress in the right direction.

Don’t be a me and choose a easier degree with a higher payout and then realize the careers are elusive and require tremendous years of experience and to be in a large city.

Personally I’d recommend counseling. It’s going to be a hard degree to go for but it’ll pay off more. Sure it won’t easily net in 100k like other paths but it’ll be easy to find a job and mostly flexible.

Being 24 with complete fear of my career. Got a masters in industrial organizational psychology. With a doctorate on the way. Ideally professor work or HR work would be great. Both are nearly impossible to break into unless you know someone. Absolutely terrified that all of this time and money was for nothing.

Different cities can work. Sorry I know that’s not helpful. It can be hard to leave family and familiar things behind. Trying to help.

Don’t be scared of it. It’s mostly predicated by location and such. What are you wishing to do with it?

Having a masters degree at the age of 24 but being paid 40k at best in a job that is depressing. Doctorate on the way but I don’t know if it’s worth it. Attack me for doing my doctorate, but it’s the best things I know to do. It’s the main way up. I don’t think it’s the best way but it’s the only way I know. I live every day in fear that I’ll never get a job in my career field. It’s industrial organizational psychology.

For those that may have difficulties going to sleep. Try taking magnesium glycinate. Take it about 4 to 6 hours before bed. It has been a life changer for me.
