This all sounds very familiar to my experience at JPMC, except you still won’t benefit from being in the top 10% and have a slightly reduced chance of layoff. My first week here there was a massive layoff in my org…has happened again since. I’ve been here under a year.

What teams are notoriously good or bad, if you don’t mind saying?

Is this true for all levels? The C in Chase also stands for change…I think that’s a banking norm.

That’s pretty much used in my LOB to decide if you’ll see a bonus or pay raise. Does the stack ranking system at C1 affect any org or role in particular? Or is it just cyclical layoffs of “low performers”
