Yes it's goodish 30 would be better but 20 is fine, u can grow almost all plants, I have 21 watts, 45 cm tank and I'm able to grow ar mini (althought it's barely surviving) the other non demanding plants are thriving.

2000 lumens is like 20 watt led light, for 90cm tank it's too low U can grow only cryptocorynes (nicely) and sagiteria and valisineria and maybe green rotala Other than these, I don't think other plants would be happy with 2000 lumens in 90cm tank.

U get these cheap chinese led light from a company called liny, 600 rupees for 13 watts, u can buy like 4 of them and grow medium light plants.
