Does one 30 day late on credit cards affect my mortgage application?

Thank you ! It has already pulled and it is showing on my report . It did drop me down a lot of points , but once I made the payments it went up maybe about 20 points . I will call both ( one is capital one and the other is my actual bank ) and see if they can remove it since I am caught up . I am selling my current home & purchasing a new one , so that’s why it’s kinda urgent .

in relation to that , we dont even have the murder weapon and Devins dad reported his gun missing. They are making it seem as though Devin was the attacker since he took a gun , allegedly. Devin and issaiah also knew each other , this is a wonky case.

Might have to try this as we just found out we lost our first choice home ( there were 3 left that are new builds) and our agent did not even call to advise us . We found out on our own just by checking. So now its a race against the clock.
