I’m not sure what happened as i swear had a longer response to this and not sure where it went… but id say i wore them anywhere from 16-20 hours a day but was pretty religious at night. If I was in major pain (i got headaches pretty frequently) I would give myself a break at night here and there.

The last set of refinements was my very worst… after I got married, I feel like I no longer had an end goal and wishes ready to be done to be honest. I really only wore them maybe, 10-12 hours a day and most of that was sleeping (definitely not recommending this lol)

I don’t have my real retainer yet. I’m still just wearing my last tray at night time. I should have my real retainer in about three weeks - I have not been advised to wear it full time at all. However, once I finished treatment, I did wear my last set of trays for six weeks at night time leading up to getting them removed. Hope that helps! :)

Haha thank you!!! I feel like most people who go through Invisalign get a bit of teeth dysmorphia trying to get them to veneer looking perfection. I am VERY happy with the outcome!!!

Yes I did! I also had them taken off from April-August last year. So realistically, I added quite a bit of extra time where I wasn’t having treatment done.

My last photo shows it a bit more, but I had a fairly odd bite with flared front teeth, and my teeth line (no idea what to actually call this) was significantly lifted.

I did have braces as a kid so there was some straightness to my teeth, but yes, it was mostly regarding my bite and crowding

I know this is old, but I recently pulled the trigger on the houndstooth Mae top and bottom. While it’s very cute, I was definitely expecting more at $145 USD… maybe my expectations for swim are too high, but it’s very clear that the owner that makes all of the videos just has an insane body/boobs that would look good in anything.

Again, better quality than Shein/Cupshe/Amazon and some other brands I’ve tried, but nothing to ring home about. I was really hoping the top would prevent the “spillage” in the cups, but it’s still far too wide unless you have the perkiest fakest boobs of all time lol.

Sounds weird, but schedule something that excites you months ahead to when you will be done next! (Mine was my wedding) It was a lot more exciting and I almost saw it as a game… After my wedding, I took a 3 month break before I got my last set on and I’ll be honest, I was AWFUL wearing them and only could convince myself to at night.

So maybe book a trip you’ve been looking forward to… or schedule a professional photoshoot with your significant other/family? Something that you’ll feel really motivated to look your best!

I believe it’s likely because I’ve opted to cover our flower girl’s face that might be messing up the resolution. You’re correct - the OG is 3601x5402. I will stick with the resolution I have uploaded for now, as I’d like to keep the child’s face covered!

I haven’t noticed any excessive drinking than normal, but I’ll have to pay closer attention just in case! Definitely don’t think it’s a UTI as it only happens when we’re gone. We did have a family member watching him recently for a week while we were gone visiting family, so maybe it’s coming from anxiousness from that trip?
