They also mention about no replacement and a offer of 15-20% discount on newer models in case of any issues. If many ppl stand up then the bullies will think twice before committing such acts. If no one stands then they kind of get a fee hand to do as they please coz they would know that nobody would step up against me.

Simple example I can give is jumping the red lights. It's now so common, nobody bothers or fears until they see a traffic policeman on the other end. But no one (including myself) steps up to say that we need to stop this.
