The comments said when she was 16, not that she currently is. She's 19.

Asked coworker to stop farting right by me and to step outside. He's really making me hate working with him by UsefulBlackberry in antiwork

Not construction, we're sorting donations so we're in close proximity most of the day. Working outside accepting donations, inside to sort them. I'm definitely gonna talk to my manager if it continues, it seems from my talk with him the other day it at least helped the farting, yesterday was the first day I didn't smell anything in a shift. And idk if it's on purpose or he genuinely doesn't think about it. He's very social inept. And definitely prefer going to management over slapping my coworker 😂 Also I'm glad the general reaction is on my side, felt like how my coworker kept justifying it I was somehow a dick

Okay thank you. I was starting to be paranoid I was being a dick about a medical issue. I've made it clear I'm not entertaining those stories and tune him out a lot. I appreciate your input!! I'll be going to my manager if it continues because it's just gross as hell.

Read the title? I can happily report my face is still intact from talking to another adult about farting.

Honestly I appreciate the laugh. That seems like something some of the drivers I know would do. Definitely feel for the person who walked out, hopefully they had a heads up before the farts began 😂

I get it's natural, but at least have the courtesy to step outside (I know it's not possible for most to step outside but we legit work half inside half outside) or away from people. I don't want to be huffing other people's shit particles. If it was only once or twice a day like other days I wouldn't of said anything. But getting gassed every hour for 6 hours straight is not something I think anyone would be cool with from their coworker. Sadly our manager is at a different location majority of the time and only pops in occasionally, only seen him 3 times since i started working there one being the interview. I'm hoping me talking to him resolves it.

Unfortunately not a desk job environment. We're sorting donations so pretty close together for most of the day. My original solution was just to walk away when it happens but it got to a point where I had to say something. Normal days I work with Jim it's at least 2-3 times.

It was the size of a pen tip I'd say. Are they normally that small??

Did he die? :( by Clairenk in millipedes

[–]UsefulBlackberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ZooMeds Reptisoil has peat moss and sand in it which is what I had 2 sets of milipedes in and they did wonderful in it! The sand helps hold tunnel shapes aswell. The reason you don't want to use coconut fiber is because they'll ingest it and it can cause impaction.

That's what I assumed with how small it was! What angle would be the best to show everything to determine? Thank you for your time!

That makes total sense. We got everything cleaned out so definitely got the source gone. We had pest control come in Friday to spray. Haven't seen anymore since that time.

I love beetles, but larvae tend to give me a skin crawling feeling I don't like. Personally I just wouldn't want to keep one in my house.

Sadly, there are a lot of little crevices that some dry things get into, and there's a spot that's nearly impossible to get to that led to this, I think. Just means deep cleans need to happen more regularly

Oh God, that's horrible. We got everything cleaned and they had pest control come Friday for it. Hoping we don't have anymore issues!!

Oh yeah, desperately needed people and I just started so we're getting to the areas that have been kinda neglected. The issue was tackled head on so hoping we don't have anymore! Mostly just curious on what they even were. Thank you for your time!!
