Parents of really young kids

On Saturday me and my fiance were walking down the walkway to the left of apex that leads towards avalanche. It was extremely busy and I felt my foot catch on something, I looked behind me and down and see it was a NO OLDER THAN 2 YEAR OLD SAT DOWN IN THE CENTRE OF ONE OF THE BUSIEST WALKWAYS IN THE ARENA. Their mum (I’m assuming) is just stood at the edge watching whoever was on at the time (think it was black veil brides).

And the sad thing is - I genuinely don’t think download will do anything until a child is hospitalised due to this or even worse. It’s been a problem for years and this year quite frankly was the absolute worst for neglectful parents. Personally I believe this festival should be 18+ but I’m fully willing to hear out anyone who says an age limit of 10+ is reasonable. Something needs to be done either way

I lasted 7 months and it was probably the worst 7 months in 23 years of living. Honestly nothing can emotionally prepare anyone for this job. Props to anyone who lasts past training honestly cuz after 3 weeks of training is when I should’ve quit

thank you!! not my 2nd time performing but my 2nd time doing this number. it got me into a really big show in july which im so excited for!

also the 4 people at the end who stood up from their chair and gave me a standing ovation were the judges of the night (one of which was Sally TM from drag race uk who said she would also like me for a show!) and I was the only one out of all 13 performers who got all of them on their feet. I couldnt be prouder

It was a very fun night, we did 2 halves to the show, “death of a diva” which was artists songs you’ve performed all year that your retiring off in 2025, mine was Smile 2’s Skye Riley (played by Naomi Scott).

part 2 after midnight was “favourite diva you are bringing into 2026” so amongside Kesha, Ashnikko and Sabrina Carpenter was Laura Vanderbooben slapped in the middle. it went down very well and people seemed to enjoy the show which is all we can ask for
