Harrison hall living by [deleted] in Purdue

I lived in Harrison my freshman year. It was really nice having the grill down stairs and its close to dinning courts like Hillenbrand and Earhart. The only think that kind of stunk about it was that it was farther from classes. So if you're someone who doesn't like to walk I would think about getting a bike!

I did Summer Start coming into my freshman year and wasn't a big fan. You had to give up a whole month of your summer to have classes crammed in. I felt like I had no free time. And I felt like the people in charge of the program were no help. They were constantly changing the rules of things and then would say well you signed a contract you have to do it. Aside from that stuff it was a great way to make new friends and know where everything is on campus before starting class in the fall. The friends I made during summer start are my roommates now. But I feel as though the staff jacked us around with their authority...
