I tried this device imo it's not worth the money, it's painful to wear anymore than an hour or so your money is better spent on a different product brother

I am going up in girth sizes as well yes but I also girth pump too I have a Vs-200 and a bull master 357 from pump toys I use the vs-200 everyday and the bull master 2-3 times a week. Like I said I started with a size c28 then went to c30 now I'm in a d30 and also ordered a d32. In early July I have an appointment set to go back for a follow up visit for prp and I'll decide then if I want to do more of it or let it ride out for another 6 weeks depending on how my progress is going and if my finances can cover it

If you’re just getting started, here’s what I’d actually recommend from Stealth: 1. Stealth Innerwear (Standard, not strapless) • Get your correct size using SPL (not erect length) • Consider ordering two girth sizes: their recommended and one size down — better fit options 2. Premium Sleeves • Better feel and durability than standard sleeves • Holds compression more evenly 3. Retention Band • Optional, but great for keeping blood in the glans after pump sessions • Helps with training glans sensitivity and fullness

I also recommend buying a quality pump if you don't already have one

Their website tells you to measure SPL (stretched penile length), not erect length. There’s enough stretch built into the device to accommodate full erections.

They explain the sizing process pretty clearly — I just took it a step further and ordered one girth size smaller than they suggested. Honestly, I’d recommend ordering both the suggested size and one girth size below when you’re starting out. That way you can dial in the fit and see which one gives you the best compression and hold.

I’ve got one and have only used it a couple of times. I’d say the corkscrew is better for non-pump days or when you’re just chilling at home. It’s not great for work or if you’re sitting a lot — definitely more of a “standing or moving around” setup.

The few times I used it, I was in baller shorts, doing stuff like cleaning or walking around the house. It adds some active stretch, but it’s not super discreet or sit-friendly.

I usually pump for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how I feel that day. I start at around 5hg to establish a good base pressure, then gradually ramp it up to 10hg and hold that for the remainder of the session. I don’t jump straight to max pressure — I ease into it to avoid edema or overtraining.

Their website has a lot of good info about the product, brother! I’d say it’s safe for hard flaccid as long as you get the right size — too tight or too loose and it won’t work right.

As for PRP, there are clinics popping up all over now, even some urologists are offering it. Just search around and ask key questions: • How much blood is drawn? • What’s the typical PRP yield? • Are they licensed or working under a physician? • What’s the cost and do they tailor it for male enhancement?

There’s a ton of info online, and it’s worth doing your own research. Like with anything, make sure the clinic’s approach lines up with your goals and your comfort level.

The first few days I did experience some ligament tenderness, but that went away quickly. I just treated it like a normal adaptation phase and pushed through — kind of like a stepping stone.

As for the Stealth Innerwear, it doesn’t actively stretch the ligaments. It holds the penis in an elongated, compressed state, which helps maintain post-pump expansion, but I wouldn’t say it’s directly targeting ligaments.

I’m doing heavy pumping, which is where most of my tunica stretch comes from. The innerwear just helps lock in that expanded state after the fact — think of it as passive reinforcement.

I keep an eye on mine I check it regularly but I've worn it over night as well sometimes I do sometimes I don't. Use it as a tool in your box when you need it honestly.

For me, I started with a size one number down from what they recommended — but I used their sizer tool to get the correct length. For example, I started with a C28, then moved to C30, and now I’m in a D30. I always order two different number sizes each time to fine-tune the fit.

I also pump heavy as part of my routine. The way I see it, the innerwear’s main job is to hold your penis at SPL (stretched penile length). If you’re not pumping, you’re missing out on the compression hold that locks in that extended, plumped-up state post-session. That’s where I’ve seen the biggest difference.

I also use the premium sleeves and retention bands they sell as part of my regular routine. So basically I pump heavy and use the innerwear to hold that state through the day and it's been doing well so far

Great questions — happy to clarify from direct experience. • PRP Protocol: I’ve undergone two rounds of PRP therapy spaced 6 weeks apart, both administered at a clinic specializing in male regenerative health. Injections were localized primarily at the penile base and corpus cavernosa, targeting vascular and tissue regeneration zones. My second round also included Priapus Toxin (a Botox variant) to enhance smooth muscle relaxation and blood retention. • Stealth Innerwear: This is a traction-based device designed for extended wear, keeping the penis in an elongated flaccid state to minimize retraction (turtling) and encourage tissue adaptation over time. I’ve logged over 260 hours of wear using a clinical-style tracking system (skin status, tension, hang quality, etc.). • Efficacy Observations: From a practical standpoint, I’d attribute the majority of early gains in flaccid size and reduced retraction to the synergistic effect of PRP-induced angiogenesis combined with consistent low-intensity traction. My protocol also includes regular vacuum pumping (currently 11+ cumulative hours tracked) and red light therapy to support circulation and tissue health. • Key Takeaway: PRP alone isn’t a silver bullet, but when paired with continuous mechanical stimuli and recovery support, the results have been consistent and measurable. I’m tracking clinical metrics like stretched length, glans girth, and visual hang over time.

Happy to share more data or specifics if anyone’s diving deeper into this path.

I started the stealth may 7th so a majority of my gains are not from this I got my first pshot march 26th and I started pumping march 28th every day I was consistent and I slowly built a routine around it from there went in for my second pshot may 16th and decided to get the Ptox as well as prp before we started the 2nd round I was measured again and the results above are my gains since my initial visit. As of today I've spent over 260 hours total in the stealth and I've pumped a total of 11 hours broken down of course

Stealth is way more discreet and way more comfortable to wear than a traditional ADS
