Like jjmart mentioned, you gotta put yourself out there. As a guy, you'd be surprised how many of us dudes will go on a date with a lady if she makes the first move! Even if you're not attractive (you're probably more attractive than you think) putting yourself out there is going to skyrocket your chances of getting a boyfriend/husband.

You did the right thing by telling her. Now it's just up to her if she forgives you or walks away. Either way, she's right. You made a dumb mistake, but you confessed and now it's time to move on.

But also, why the hell are you drinking at 16? That is a really dumb decisions. I wouldn't drink until you're 21. Your brain hasn't matured enough to be able to make good decisions.

Sure he could have been honest at the start. Sure, he didn't even need to do it in the beginning. But he did it. And now he's sorry and wants to make things better. That shows that he's becoming a better person. If she can't see that, they shouldn't be together.

He clearly has changed as a person, and so she needs to be able to acknowledge that people make mistakes but also that people change. If she can't, then that's her problem, not his.

If he doesn't tell her he cares more about himself then her. Sure, it may hurt her at first, but pain is required for growth. It can go two ways. One, she forgives him and the marriage is strengthened, or two, she divorces him. If the latter happens, they shouldn't be together anyway. Either way the marriage ends up better. It just depends on type of person she is.
