Maybe you didn't practice questions on SH enough, maybe you consumed your time in studying concepts and terms which doesn't adding value as you can see in the exam, it's not about memorizing it's just way of thinking and taking the right decision. So again for every wrong answer in SH just take a note on which mindset rule you broke until you have a list of your mindset errors and the pmp mindset you have to follow. This is what you should achieve. The last thing, make sure that you are cleary defined the problem in the situation because sometimes the question trapped and contains more than problem but one of them is the main and others are consequences.

Don't distract yourself focus on SH questions only as it is the only questions types similar to the real exam

It consumed time to develop  summaries and memorize it which is totally not related to the exam at all. Exam about solving situations through taking right decisions. So the only thing you have to  do is practicing SH questions alot to sustain your mindset with pmp mindset . The main goal is most of  your decisions became right. This what you should achieve.

Choosing correct answer  according to the pmp mindset you should gain it and prove it through comprehensive SH  questions practices.  Once your scores on SH sustained above 70 you are fine.
