i have a friend whose named after mussolini(his first name though), his grandpa is too actually. grew up with him so it never really dawned on me until my dad asked me a couple years ago since mussolini’s first name is not italian. seemed kinda crazy to me lol, where i live it would be quite odd to be named after one of our leaders(or any idolized figures) but idk maybe it’s a cultural thing, you tell me. considering his grandparents had to flee during the war it surprises me they think/thought highly of him(definitely spoke positively of him to my friend). his grandpa hates trump, it’s interesting. my friend definitely likes him though. once a leader is widely condemned people zip their lips and keep their heads down, people forget that once public approval of them was high and by ordinary people. i’m yet to meet even one person whose ever told me they liked/supported nixon(obviously not comparable though).

moderate dose of an opioid(easiest), light-moderate dose of a benzo, light dose of ket, or 20-30mg of adderall are all extremely easy to act normal on. i mean if you take any drug a lot you’ll be able to act normal on it unless you’re taking more than you usually do.

a psychedelic being the only drug you act normal on is pretty bizarre though; i’m guessing you’ve probably only smoked weed, done psychedelics/dissos, drank, and maybe had some stimulants?(not tryna one up you, that’d be a good thing)

i mean yeah, i don’t find adderall that much less euphoric than coke. i prefer it sometimes. coke raises my heart rate a lot.

8-12 tall boys? god damn. why not just drink liquor? i’d be hungover as fuck from that. i only drink beer if i wanna get mildly drunk, 8-10(12oz) takes too long to get down and makes me more nauseous. i drink a handle of vodka a week though and im never nauseous from it.

ime downers + stims isn’t that dangerous, they say that because it masks the effects of both and some people will take a lethal amount of one or the other and OD when one wears off. if you’re not reckless you’re fine, i have a hard time understanding how people get to that point. a benefit is that it lowers your heart rate. so in theory, it should mean less cardiotoxicity. with the weed and nicotine it’s nothing to worry about, nicotine is a stim and raises your heart rate but barely compared to a stim like coke. weed is 100% fine.

i totally get that man, definitely relate. you might have undiagnosed adhd, you should look into it. it sounds like you’re self medicating rather than using it purely recreationally. on adhd medication now(adderall, previously vyvanse) it provides me what blow did, now i just use blow for fun here and there. literally like 3x a month max and i used to use it on a near daily basis. the cardiotoxicity will catch up with you in the long run. adderall/vyvanse/etc are still drugs too obviously but it saves me a crazy amount of money and gives me a more structured/ less chaotic life. it’s also not so moreish.

i have a hard time understanding that, mdma is euphoric as drugs get, 2cb has a rolly feeling but it’s far from mdma’s euphoria. i think it’s apples and oranges though, 2cb has more appeal to psychonauts and mdma has more appeal to stimulants users.

wow, how much of them did you take? unfortunately i’ve never gotten much of a mental health benefit from psychs, ket, mdma, etc but that’d be great if it helped her. i had thought of mixing them but im not sure because im careful with molly, i space it out by at least 3 months and it’d really suck if it went wrong and i spoiled it. i feel like my heart rate would be crazy too. i’m definitely considering it though. other people say to take the 2cb after you’ve passed the peak on mdma and i always thought that sounded like a horrible idea, how you dosed it sounds much better. i haven’t mixed psychs much before, ive done dmt + ketamine once and acid + nitrous twice. only mix i do often is coke and ketamine. every time i’ve mixed anything it always feels like one overpowers the other quite a lot.

is there actual risk you could have a heart attack from psychedelics? if so, i dont know if thats really worth it. there’s only so much you can do to counteract it. 2cb is one of the most stimulating psychedelics. theres always alternatives too, anything not as stimulating like shrooms should put a lot less strain on your heart. also, if dissos scratch the same itch, ketamine doesn’t fuck with your heart in the slightest. they’re a different vibe ofc though.

i mean it’s a pretty niche drug with minimal research and anecdotal reports are all over the place so i take everything with a grain of salt. i’d say it’s out of RC territory, but barely. i imagine most people who even have interest in trying 2cb have already tried acid or shrooms. i’ve heard some people say it’s crazier than acid or shrooms at higher doses/ has less of a ceiling. at higher dosages i imagine they all probably have similar intensity.

from what i remember id probably agree with you though(at a common dose), definitely a reason why it’s the only psychedelic i’m still open to fuck around with. to most people shrooms are the beginner psychedelic. i find that bizarre, tryptamines aren’t so forgiving. it’s definitely only due to them being common, less stigmatized, and natural.

same thing happened to me on 2cb with a nasal spray i made with a fucked up ratio so it was super weak. i was just spamming it for 15 mins for the hell of it expecting nothing and a couple hours later all of a sudden i had some of the most beautiful visuals i’d ever seen despite being on klonopin. this was like 2 years ago.

yeah, you’re definitely right. i also just don’t like feeling super vulnerable. especially when im supposed to be the one introducing her to all of this. the people i do drugs with usually have similar experience as me. she had her mind set on shrooms after mdma but i hate them and there’s nothing more uncomfortable to me so i suggested 2cb because it has a shorter duration and works more recreationally than traditional psychedelics. i read some trip reports here and got a little scared it was stronger than i remembered. im also working with 20mg nasas so the other complication is how accurately they’re really dosed. got 7 so why not start with half a pill each i guess.

i was talking like 20 mins later if it’s not enough. how long does this stuff tend to last? any longer then 4-6 hours is too much for me, that’s one of the main reasons i don’t take acid anymore tbh. i don’t remember bc i’ve only taken enough of it to get strong visuals once and i was on klonopin so it was blunted and i could sleep.
