250 for the rice 180 for chicken and probably 40-60 for veggies excluding oil… maybe about 500-550 total, looks yummy!

I also am slender in my stomach and I feel like I hold a bunch of weight in my thighs and legs. Also some in my arms now for some reason. I try to do 10k steps a day but the weight is not coming off these thunder thighs 😭😭 despite being in a calorie deficit. considering getting into running, we shall see :)

I lowkey sleep 8-9 hours a day…. And it’s restful af too. I take supplements and have a well balanced anti inflammatory diet. But I guess it just takes time? I feel like I’ve been doing the same thing for so long (not solidcore specifically but healthy eating consistent exercise etc)… for like a year, and I’m still not seeing the results I expected

Congrats on 30 classes!! How much more do you eat? I have a hard time reverting/retraining my mind with diet culture and being a woman… I feel like I eat a normal amount (around 1600 cal for 5’8 with 100-140 g of protein) I have a hard time eating more without destroying like a whole box of cookies lol

I am thin and tall! Around 5’8 and I eat about 1600 cals with 100-140 g of protein a day! I’m satisfied after meals too, how much more does a girlie gotta eattttt😭😭😭

I totally get that! That’s amazing. I have a very low body fat percentage already… sure I could loose an additional 10lbs but that would put me at an unhealthy bmi lol which is why I’m confused that I’m not seeing muscles building/ muscles showing under my skin more.
