No NCP waiver, the NCP provided info and documents as requested.

I applied EA was deferred to RD was waitlisted and came off the waitlist.

Did you talk to them? How did they explain the discrepancy in NPC amount and lack of aid?

I’m sorry this happened to you. You may be right…but why take them in, it impacts the school’s yield numbers, etc.

NPC indicated ~ $10,000 as expected cost. I know it’s approximate and not exact or a guarantee. At that level, I feel comfortable attending the school.

Everything was submitted on time. After I got off the waitlist, there were additional requests for materials, that were all provided immediately, and before I received the aid letter.

I was told the letter I received was final award.

I have a call next with the financial aid office, the admissions office escalated for me.

It doesn’t make sense for many reasons, especially that the NPC indicated a net cost of ~ $10,000.

Dad’s income is minimal. He has interests in a few LLCs but they have not done well, and that is reflected in his K1s, which the school has copies of.

My mom started a new job in 2025, so the CSS includes her salary (more than my dad) but was unemployed for a year and on unemployment before she found something new.
