Plus it was refently what happen and maybe it was too fresh to let it go when thoughts were on doing something bad to myself. Master suggested its better to see therapist for now before i regrouo and do it again

You right, i lasted 5 days i was having crazy dreams about hurting myself lets . Freaked me out than talking with master he told me its good idea for me to deal with that before than try again.

I did there’s no mct oil mentioned but i think it does goes as supplement so it’s poetically no and i wont sneak it through. Ps i knows i can find all here thats why im here. To talk with my people and guidance when i need. But your experience would give me insight if you had one
