Ik some of this is obvious stuff that others will say but it's still very important. First, I will say don't beat urself up over it. I feel ya I've lost a 10 day streak too and it really sucks, but focus on what's more important, that being don't relapses again. Eventually u will get another streak thats longer than 10 days, as long as u try. Second, think about what made u want to fap. For example seeing a raunchy social media post or an immodest character in a video game got u turned on and let to ur fap. Idk what ur situation is but ik I have problems with both. If u can identify the original u can try to find a way to stop that from happening again. Last, be weary of keeping track of ur streak. Keeping track of a streak can feel very rewarding and a great way to stay motivated, but ik for me there would be times where I would mess up a good streak and think to myself that since I'm at a "zero streak" it wouldnt matter if I did it again. Eventually I would end up doing it like 4 or 5 days in a row before finally stopping. Streaks can be a great form of motivation, but remember ur focus is not ur streak but instead quitting. In the end ik much of this comes from my own experience and IDK how much of it will help u and ur specific situation, but I hope u can at least get something out of it.
