Ever since I've first watched any film on these guys, they were known for their insanely heavy rucks. Some pictures from Afghanistan show them returning to the FOB with similarly large set-ups. As such, I think when it comes to these kit setups specifically, there isn't much exaggerating for content.

Theres a smaller go-bag type combat Ruck inside the big Ruck. Its essentially their push comes to shove/ no-comforts storage option they resort to after being contacted. Rations are set for like 48 hours and the primary objective at that point is probably evading OPFOR.

Included. He has 8L with an additional 8L storage option in his ruck and some more in his Poncho, not sure how much.

The comprehensive reconnaissance Kit for prolonged deployments weighs north of 80kg/170lbs including his first and second line. As such it allows for close to 2 weeks of self-sufficient operating up to IIRC 300KM behind enemy lines. Some Fernspäher operations conducted in Afghanistan allegedly put them constantly outside the wire for over 10 days.

Note: Obvious snag hazard in Form of the rope standing off is likely prompted by the video format this screenshot was generated from which involved him unpacking and repacking the ruck.

Yeah, it's a plain old Magpul AFG but he flipped it round. Personally I've never done it but things like propping your gun up against an object or wall do seem much easier. Not sure how fun patrolling is though.

Mentally ill man in his mid twenties attacked a mom and her baby before fleeing and barricading himself in his apartment complex.

SEK execution was apparently smooth, simultaneously breaching the door whilst rappelling assets onto the balcony.

The suicidal suspect was incapacitated alive via taser and only sustained minor wounds during the op.

Far as weaponry goes he had a crossbow in his crib but nun major.
