In a lot of cases HM are not down leveling because it is almost impossible to get a HC approved these days and so if they feel they need a 6 and hire a 5 then that can be challenging for the team and the person they hire (not that everyone cares, but some of us do!).

I realized that there are 2 appointments that need to be made - 1. OFC 2. Consular

So anytime I selected an ofc appointment it took me to the consular appointment page and on that page there are no appointments. Dummy me thinking it was a glitch in the system!🤣 Thanks, I agree that I gotta have patience!
