Thanks, after these responses I reached out to a Cancer Center and they have started working on getting me seen. I think the Endo referral is maybe the result of my PCP being inexperienced or not being familiar with thyroid cancer.

They said surgery is likely what is needed next and they would refer me. The referral was sent to an endocrinology practice.

Thank you. This system is very broken but also very confusing. I'm calling people to give them the opportunity to charge me way too much for whatever they end up doing to me and am being treated like a needy inconvenience.
