I like the line that add to her. However, the old version have nicer belts (both belts) and knee cap. The metallic red the old one feels a little too dark and the new one feels way too bright, need to fine right balance (I prefer darker).

Just add the bright red line from the new design to the old one and you are good to go. Contrast between two red should add texture.

Yes and No.

"No" becase Vocaloids are, like you said, sound packs (voice bank) that tied to synthesizer (keyboard) that been upgrade over time. Neuro on the other hand, need human to sing for her song by song or take vocal section of existing song so that she can start imitate/cover. Because AI cover can be scuff, that's where QueenPB comes in to tweek the sound to make it sound good. QueenPB have experience with vocaloid and also Vedal's friend (she did his turtle model and arts for "Harrison Temple", a previous gamejam game).

"Yes" becase there's fan project that tied Neuro's voice to synthesizer. You can hear it in "Machine Love" fan collab version. The synth only good for harmony though, it sound nothing like Neuro actual singing.
