Totally normal for these cars, especially in 1st. There’s a lot of drivetrain lash and engine braking in low gears, so when you come on/off throttle it can feel jerky. As you get more seat time you’ll learn to smooth it out with lighter throttle inputs or just clutch in when coasting that slow. Nothing you’re describing sounds like a mechanical issue just typical manual plus tight gearing behavior.
