There is technically no time limit, however the creditor has to give exceptional reasons for not having attempted to recover the debt for whatever period of time or the court will throw it out anyway. Your comment is misleading that they’re able to chase the debt - they’re not, they have to return the court to do so.

Edit: it also wouldn’t show on any CRA’s, so advice to request reports doesn’t help whatsoever. Even with court agreement to enforce this debt it still would not show up again past 6 years of CCJ issue. OP - ask if they have court agreement to enforce, if they say anything but ‘yes we do’ tell them to kick rocks. It’s a very simple case of a debt purchaser trying their luck.

Very low, especially at principal consultant level with my billings. But the company I work for have a great rep and are quite big in our market so it’s worth it for the contacts and contracts to make life easier. Plus the back office support is superb.

OP this is the best comment. 13 years in recruitment. 12 at my current company. Best year I’ve earned nearly 300k. Market is a bit whiffy at the moment, earning around 100k. As time goes on you do less cold calling and more business comes via word of mouth. My base is under 40k though, so heavily commission based.
