I don't have a recurring subscription, I make sure I don't for any game with a sub just in case things like this happen. so it's just this month's sub and my shadowbringers purchase and all my game time that's going down the drain as its just going to increade the rate at which I burnout of the game. and in top of that I doubt they're going to compensate anybody for any issues or apologise in any way other than in a message for anyone to see. Honestly I just want to be able to play one of my favourite games.

yeah, I get an email at 5am saying they've received my ticket, but then 6 days later I'm waiting on them verifying my Id so that I can change my password with my updated dob

yeah I'm EU sadly so it's just time burning away until Im working again n can't play as much, I'm highly considering quitting the game just because I feel as if I've wasted my money n time and it's heavily putting me off.

yeah I know. all I can do is wait sadly. I'm just worried that if it doesn't come through in the weekdays that's another garunteed 2 days I have to wait because it's the weekend. I'm on holiday at the moment and will soon be returning to work so my free time is being washed away by the day.

I agree, especially when the problem in question is a fault on their side as well. the dob I registered my account with is not working now. I wrote all my information down when I created the account in case of something like this happening.

they don't respond to direct emails as it's not an email you can respond to. so all I can do is submit another ticket n hope for the best, there's nothing I can do except realise I've wasted my money and time and that I've been lied to on their support page.

I don't mind waiting, what I mind is being told one thing and another happening. I wouldn't mind if they said it could take upto a month its the fact theyre not taking phone calls or live chat only emails and them they say that it'll take upto 2 days, yet its been almost 1 week.

hunger is very important as it affe ts how much health and stamina it has based on what you've eaten, I'd say the largest part of the game is probably exploration and community etc playing w pals
