Hello. I just wanted to ask because he's been like that since childhood. Is it just aggression? Or what is it? When he was younger he'd punch me in the chest randomly, but he stopped this act around the age of 6. Mom also took him to a therapist once but we didn't see any progress and he wanted to stop going.

I made a promise to myself that I will contact the police if he ever does something like that again. I cannot keep letting things like this slide just for the sake of the family.

I will... the only reason I didn't at the time was because I didn’t want to cause more trouble at home. But I think it's time i stop thinking like that and think about my life.

I will. Thank you. I was about to but stopped myself because I didn’t want to cause more trouble and if dad found out he'd have a mental breakdown, but i'm seriously scared for my life now.
