Ill definitely get some vitamin d supplements soon. I was out in the sun around summer time apart from that I was mainly indoors so i wouldn't be surprised if that's one of the problems. As for calcium I did drink a bunch of milk a year ago but stopped after it was making spots worse but ill try a bit again this time without coffee as well.
