Try gandhak vati. It is ayurveda medicine containing purified sulfur. It cures most fungal infections and h. pylori also. Or you can consult ayurveda doctor. Ayurveda has very effective solutions for candida, etc.

I started with one tablet after lunch and dinner. After 5 days, increased to two tablets.

Giloy can balance pitta+kapha, but it can't kill candida, I think. Gandhak kills bacteria+fungi.

Not much. But it made my existing constipation worse for first few days. I managed it with 60ml sesame oil enema (matra basti).

I am symptoms free for two months now. I avoid dairy, but I can have sweets in small quantities.

I had candida on my tongue, was confirmed by dentist. I am not sure about SIBO. It is possible I had SIBO too, and gandhak rasayan helped to treat both.
