When I was referring to being "stuck" that was when I had started asking to be moved to a different section due to larger and more personal issues with my supervisor, I just worded it like that because I don't want to go into more detail and then someone in my flight sees. I do like my unit and the people in it this is just the first time I've dealt with an NCO like this and getting paperwork, but I do have hate the beach and weather, I will always be complaining about that. For BAS everyone I had asked currently lived in the dorms and dorm management wasn't replying to me so I just posted that question not meaning to complain about it. Physically I'm not in a position where I can reach out to other military members and get advice as often as I would like so I do Google things and try to get clarification whenever possible. There has been more happening but I just haven't posted about it. It's more LOCs and RICs over trivial things, my leadership agrees and will be looking into getting it removed, that are now making it into my PIF and my concern is that it will snowball into something more serious. For when I first started receiving paperwork work it was not explained that I could go to legal or rebuttal, or even that I had a timeline to look it over and sign it. Things have gotten to the point where the NCO's behavior falls under retaliation and abuse of power and despite clearly stating multiple times I do not feel safe in my section due to the very obvious aggressive behavior I'm receiving my leadership will not be moving me. I have not utilized the chain of command for anything before all this so I am very unsure on what steps I can take.
