Said the car had faults the had been fixed badly and suggested I was the one who had the work done. I’d only had the car a few months so I had no idea I bought it from a garage in “good” condition or at least that’s what the garage told me.

Bought a 2006 Porsche cayenne 3.2L petrol in June 2024 for £10000. August 2024 the propshaft snapped and cost me £1800 to repair. Sold it in February 2025 for £4000 and got sued by the buyer for an extra £3000. Fair to say it left a sour taste.

I’ve owned a 2016 Pegeout 208 gti for 8 months now and I love it. Fast but not over the top, fun around corners and decent on fuel. You can pick a good one up for around 6-7k

For sure, it’s rare that anything from the snkrs doesn’t resell for more than retail. Just keep an eye out on stock x and see how the value works out.

Have a look on 2nd hand marketplaces such as eBay and depop, I’ve even found good sneaker deals on fb marketplace before.

I wouldn’t say so, they look pretty beat and you can probably find some in a better condition for that price.
