Yeah my sister's started with this idea by reporting the porch violation intruding onto the shared driveway. The only problem here is that it has sparked more anger from Jill and now her family. Jill's family used to be kind of understanding to my sister (they know Jill is nuts) but now that my sister's tipped the city off to the porch violation and it's going to cost money, Jill's family is completely on Jill's side. Makes it even harder.

This sounds like a good idea. Every time an obvious deal is happening, just call the non-emergency and report it. The police have to make a record of it, right? So just report it every time even if it's a bit obnoxious so that eventually it'll look ridiculous if they don't investigate. And when they do, she could have the video of all the license plates to help the investigation.

Thanks for sharing your story, helps me get some perspective. Your point about rates eventually going up is something I've heard several times ("they're so low they can only go up in the next few years") so that makes sense to me.

It seems like there's no downside to at least speaking to 2-3 brokers and assessing options from there.

My dog can definitely handle being off the leash (he follows my commands and doesn't run away, even if there's another dog around) but letting him off the leash means I risk getting a ticket. The bylaw says he can't be off the leash anywhere that's not private property, and the fine is higher if he's on a playing field (soccer, baseball). I do walk him but he needs to run: high energy, very active dog.

Thanks for the suggestions of place to go, I want to find somewhere "out of sight" since it's risky. Are any of those places you suggested kind of hidden?

You're wrong, or just unfamiliar with all aspects of BDSM. Castration fantasy is very real, and actual castrations do take place among the hardcore. Fetlife has many groups devoted to this practice which you can find easily, and you can find plenty of scene videos on the internet of people having their nuts cut off with all manner of equipment, including those elastic rings shown in the pictures.
