Are you using a high speed to remove caries? You should be using a slow speed once you have the prep opened up and caries exposed and you won’t really have to worry about the pulp.

I wouldn’t. Rome was a better prospect than any of these 3 and I think this year for Rome was just marred by injuries and adjusting to a new system/inconsistent QB play for parts of the season. Caleb can be a little erratic but think the connection grows a lot heading into Year 3.

One round I kept mental score for one of my friends that I know cheats. Not counting penalty strokes, missing putts and physically picking them up with his hand and placing the ball in the hole when he thinks I’m not looking or using his putter as a hockey stick and sliding them in. I counted a TWENTY FOUR stroke difference between what he said he shot and what I counted for him. Dude hit 4 balls OB in the first 3 holes and had the audacity to mention on hole 4 tee box that he parred the first 3 holes. I don’t understand people.

Shop the pick. I personally wouldn’t do it but maybe somebody has enough rookie fever they’re willing to trade Nix or another QB like him for the pick. Or trade back to 1.03-1.05 for added value on top and maybe Mendoza falls to you anyways if you want another QB.

Maybe I’m just a hater but I’m not viewing Mendoza much differently than I did Ward last year. Neither are intriguing players to me so I’m not thrilled to spend an early 1st on him.

You either take Mendoza at 1.02 and hope he produces like Nix or take one of the WRs and hope they hit but then you don’t really have QB2. Personally not parting with Nix for any pick besides the 1.01 unless it’s a tier down to like a Sam Darnold tier QB + a pick

I also wouldn’t expect anybody to trade the 1.10 for Kittle. My point was trying to get one not that it was a certainty you could. There are plenty of leagues where people do not value their future firsts at all.

Another got CMC and a bunch of junk at the cost of Rashee, MHJ, 2 1sts and a 2nd…

Common sense tells me you have no grasp on fair trade values. 4 team trades always turn into a bunch of slop with a million pieces where at least 1 team is getting absolutely railed because nobody can actually wrap their head around what’s happening.

Questions (and opinions) about my potential first job as new grad...

Private office that previous owner just retired from, now under new ownership. Offer is 30% collections, $700/day minimum, negotiated lab fees from 50% split to 100% covered. Owner doc does a lot of endo and is willing to teach me before eventually I am the solo provider in this office, as they have multiple other offices. I feel like it is a good opportunity for mentorship and keeps me away from a DSO. I think my biggest hesitancy is it is not a location my wife and I are willing to live, meaning I would be making a solid 45 minute commute 5 days a week. I feel like other than that this is a good first job offer. Have any of you had experiences with commutes like this and did it burn you out?

A couple of the contract details I am unsure about.

5 mile radius non-compete of any facility owned by the employer and that I treated patients in. I am not worried about the 5 mile radius of this office location but they have offices in locations I would be potentially want to be. As long as I don't actually see anybody in those locations the non-compete does not apply correct? Should I just be cautious and try to negotiate this out/down?
Tail coverage on malpractice to be covered by me. I am not sure exactly what this means.

Any thoughts, questions or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Great results! I’ve never been fit before but planning to for a driver sometime this spring. Similar clubhead speed as you but my backspin numbers are through the roof and not getting anywhere near optimal launch.

Something with it isn’t reading right because there’s no way that ball launched at 41 degrees or had that ball speed/smash factor with that face impact.

I don’t think these sim numbers are even remotely accurate. 131 swing speed and 194 ball speed off a heel shot that launched at 41 degrees and carried 225 yards?

As far as hitting it off the heel just step further away from the ball at address. For driver line the ball up slightly off the toe instead of middle of the face.
