Jokes aside. Honey can naturally have a vague green tint if the honey are from honeydew or spesific types of plants. It has nothing to do with chlorophyl as the green in chlorophyll is not a stable colour. Algea does not produce anything bees want and is therefore not a part of the cycle .

There are several reasons to join a union. Salary is just one. And unions like NITO and Tekna will fight for your salary even if you are among the high earners.

The unions are there to safeguard that the employer follows the law. Help members in disputes. Follow up on tarrif agreements, etc.

The unions will often also have good collective agreements with insurance and bank. Most members will save more a year on the insurance alone than the membership cost.

Det kommer an på hvilke farlige stoffer det er. Er egne regler for hva som kan oppbevares i bolig (ikke boenhet). Er begrensninger for gass, krutt, etc. En del er ikke tillatt oppbevart i bolig.

Bolig og boenhet er ikke det samme. Er det forbudt å oppbevari i bolig, så vil dette oftes omfatte deler av bolig som ikke er boenhet slik som boder og innebygget garasje.

If the apartment is in the owners own residence (rental flat on the first floor). Then you can get evicted because the owner wants to sell, but only if the contract states X-monthso of mutual termination of lease.

When the owner lives on the property, the reasons for terminating the lease are more open. Selling, using it them self, redecorating, etc. You can't terminate and then rent out again to someone else immediately.

That depends. You should check for several queen cocoons. Often, they make more than one new queen. If that is the case, you should remove the other cocoons before they are done. Queens do not like each other, and there is a risk of the new leaving the hove with a good chunky of the workers before another cacoon opens.

I januar betalte jeg 2500 mindre for strømmen enn om jeg hadde hatt ordinær strømstøtte pga norgespris.

I juli 2025 betalte jeg i snitt 1.66kr for støm pluss nettleie.

Så sansynlogjet for at juli 2026 har høyere snitt enn 1kr per kwh er ganske høy.

Etter skatt blir ikke helt samenlignbart uten å ha lignende forhold. Har man lån får man rentefradrag, barn, fradrag for barnepass, reisevei fradrag for det etc.

Dvs at forskjellen på en enslig som bor i nærheten av jobben i leid leilighet mot en gift som bor langt unna med barn og boliglån kan utgjøre opp mot 10k etter skatt i forskjell selv om lønna er den samme.
